These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through olaheden.com.

2. Orders and payment

All prices in the store are displayed in SEK. Prices for customers in Sweden include Swedish VAT where applicable. Taxes may be handled differently for orders delivered outside Sweden in accordance with applicable tax rules.

Payment can be made by card through Stripe or through PayPal. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer after an order has been placed.

3. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Physical products are normally shipped using PostNord. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination and the weight of the order.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination and postal service and are therefore estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

4. Pre-orders

Products marked as pre-orders are not available for immediate dispatch. The estimated shipping date or period is stated on the relevant product page.

If an order contains a pre-order product, the order may be held until the pre-order product is available for dispatch.

Estimated release and shipping dates may change due to manufacturing, transportation or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform affected customers when reasonably possible.

5. International orders, customs and import charges

Ola Heden Music ships to selected destinations outside Sweden.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees may be imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery time.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions under consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform Ola Heden Music clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can contact us at [email protected] or use the withdrawal function provided on the website where applicable.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the product without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returned products should be handled with reasonable care. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, any reduction in value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law, normally using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your name, order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested where useful for assessing transport damage or another defect.

Valid complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation. Where appropriate, we will replace the product, remedy the problem or issue a refund. We will bear reasonable return costs for an approved complaint where required by law.

8. Product information

We aim to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on screens, photography, printing and manufacturing.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product descriptions, availability or pricing.

9. Personal data and privacy

Ola Heden Music processes personal data necessary to handle orders, payments, deliveries, customer service and legal obligations.

Information necessary to complete an order may be shared with service providers involved in processing the transaction, including Quickbutik, Stripe, PayPal and relevant shipping providers such as PostNord.

Personal data required to fulfil an order may be processed on the legal basis that it is necessary to perform the contract with the customer. Other information may be processed where another lawful basis applies, including compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell customers' personal data.

10. Cookies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the operation of the online store, checkout and related functionality. Additional information about cookies and privacy may be provided separately on the website.

11. Events outside our control

Ola Heden Music is not responsible for delays or failure to perform an obligation where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as serious transport disruption, natural disasters, government measures, labour disputes or comparable events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that consumers have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact Ola Heden Music first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, a consumer may, where applicable, refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). Ola Heden Music will participate in applicable dispute-resolution procedures and follows ARN's recommendations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to customers residing in another country.
